The Reserve Bank of India has permitted “resident individuals” (Indians) to acquire and hold immovable property or shares or any other asset outside India upto USD 25,000 per calendar year. Visa & Finance
Commerztrade will assist purchasers in obtaining mortgage finance from participating financial institutions at their prevailing policy, terms and conditions as these relate to the project.
Registered purchases will be entitled to a Residence Visa to be issued by the relevant Dubai Authorities under their standard conditions.

In terms of the convenient payment structure , the revenue attained from the common-hold area will contribute towards the maintenance cost of the building contaning expenses at AED 4 per square feet per annum for the first 3 years.


Payment Schedule

The price are in the range of 500,000 AED – 3 Million AED depending on Project and size of Apartment. The purchase price can be settled in easy instalments:

• 15 % - deposit on signature
• 15% - 30 days after signature
• 10% - end of piling
• 10% - floor 10 complete
• 10% - floor 20 complete
• 10% - floor 30 complete
• 15% - completion of structure
• 15% - occupation of apartment
