A SmartAccount can be opened by:

• Foreign Institutional Investors
• Overseas Corporate Bodies
Non Resident Indians and Overseas Corporate Bodies will
however be subjected to regulations of their respective
countries and the RBI guidelines for investments in India.
Getting Started
To get started, you will need to complete a small registration
form, When completing the registration form, please indicate
your preferred time and date for our representative to
contact you. Please note that this facility is available
to only residents of Mumbai.

Complete the Account Opening Kit
The Account Opening Kit contains the following:
• Client Registration Forms
• Client Agreements
• Bank Account Opening Forms
Enclose the correct documents
You will also need to enclose certain documents, which
will verify the information that you have provided in
the Client Registration Form. For example, we would need
a proof of residence for which documents like photocopies
of your Passport or Voter's ID will suffice.
Specify your bank account details
You will need to have a bank account . You need to deposit
at least Rs 50,000/- in your bank account as initial margin.
Ask our representative to collect the documents back.
Once we have your Account Opening Kit duly completed,
we allot you one Inquiry No and all your future correspondence
till the account opening date is based on this inquiry
no.
We open your e-broking and Bank account and will send
your user id and password to your mailing address by courier.
We expect the entire cycle from registering to trading
to take about 10 working days.
